  • An app that takes advantage of those of us with ADHD

The “pay what you want” model was extremely confusing. And it’s so hard to figure out where to go to cancel. I paid for an app I never used and got no understanding from customer service. Then of course, it becomes a nightmare to remember to follow up and stay focused when you have ADHD. This app and company are created to benefit from people like us, with little remorse for providing an awful experience. Highly not recommended.

Love the concept. Content is good. Problem is actually using it. Adding tasks often put me into deep work. That page you can’t get out of unless get out of the app. Too many glitches at this point

I always feel overwhelmed and I’m looking for daily help. I’ve only done this for three days but so far I am loving it.

I can see how it can be very helpful to those with ADHD! As long as you are consistent about it. Don’t put it in a subfolder or something on your phone and make sure to turn on notifications. Otherwise you’ll forget it exists 😬

So far when I remember to use it, the app is helping me finish what needs to get done to keep me motivated to feel good about myself. I need to make it part of my every night routine.

I see potential in this app, but it's often unclear how to progress. The landing page is a bit overwhelming (cluttered), and even though the app badge shows notifications, upon opening the app, there is no indication of how to view them or what they apply to. Secondly, I want to be able to explore other journeys, at least to get a sense for what they entail, without having to abandon my current journey. And, as someone who has gotten a fairly good handle on my ADHD prior to learning about this app, I don't need to start at the very beginning. I'd like an option for a journey along a more developed path. I'll be checking in occasionally to see if this ever happens. Until then, I'm not sold.
  • So far so good

This app has a few great features like a beautiful streak counter and daily task list, however it’s really simple for $90 a year. All it does is play beautiful music for 30 minutes while you work and encourage you to make lists. I want to make the list on the app, not on paper. Also, I can’t actually look at my streaks unless I finish something. It’s a beautiful app but definitely not worth the money.
