  • Videos are obnoxious

If you like intrusive videos taking up a third of your screen everytime you read an article, this app is for you.

When you’re listening to a pod or music, then go to this app, it turns off what you’re listening to. The content you want to read it buried. NBC Sports, hire a UX designer.
  • Terrible app

The old My Teams app was great, easy to use. This new app was made complicated for the sake of complexity. It’s absolutely loaded with ads which are in the way of the content. You have to close a video every single time you want to read a story. Worst of all, it usually doesn’t load the entire story, just a part of it followed by blank space. Then it freezes. A nightmare of an app, especially compared to the discontinued app which worked wonderfully. Really smart move, you really smart app developers and marketing wizards.

What a mess. Content overload. Can’t find box scores anymore. Do they even have it? And why do I have to watch the same commercial 5 times to see 5 videos that last less than a minute. Let me add that starting videos automatically (beginning with a commercial) when I open an article I wish to read is super annoying. That’s why I’m going from 2 star to 1 star.
  • Total trash

Teams and sports that i cannot stand and have less than Zero interest in keep popping up and there is no way to filter out the trash. The app is less than useless if you cannot filter out things you have no interest in. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

This trash feels like an app from the late 2000’s. NBC is turning budget!!

I really don’t care about the White Sox. On the My Teams App. you were able to follow the teams of your choice. I’m sure Sox fans don’t want to see Cubs news.
  • Annoying: Videos play after every article

Every single article starts with a video ad, playing at the top of the screen, then the news video plays. The problem is, that videos take up 1/4 of the screen, are often unrelated to the article and you can’t close the video without being forced to exit the article. It’s unusable to me.
