The reason why i gave it a 1 star is because it keeps kicking me out when playing on mobile ios

The message keeps on saying “Software Damage on my phone and my ipad.

I have 82 gb left and it says there’s insufficient storage space. Well the fun ended before it began. Can’t recommend if I can’t play. Moving on.

Not sure why but when I play it’ll crash randomly

Hi I keep trying to play this game, But whenever I get done signing in and when it loads , I get exited out of the game 😐it only let me play half of the first part and then it freezes and exits me out , please fix this.

It says insufficient storage so I went and bought 50gb and it still says the same thing..I need to know what’s wrong or explain to me why I’m paying now for storage!!

The game is amazing on my PS5 but every time I try to play on my iPhone it says Insufficient Storage and I have 41GB available. I’ve deleted over 15GB worth of space for this game and it’s still not letting me play. I’ve done the “forget network” as Reddit suggested for my wifi and restarted my phone and still nothing. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Very disappointed. Went back and tried to install dragon raja, and genshin and it worked fine. Hopefully you can get this fixed

After I had downloaded and installed the game it keeps saying i have insufficient storage space when I’m trying to finish the install. I have over 120 gb of storage space….makes no sense
