This app is a complete scam. Charged me 3 times totaling 150$ for a subscription that I did not have. Reached out to customer service 4 times and on their instagram and received no response. I had to report fraud and get a new card.

In the Apple store it shows free but they do subscription that you can’t cancel within app. You need to contact them to cancel. The phone number for support doesn’t work all calls show not available and call later. They don’t refund your money. They hide purchases during the subscription process. I suddenly found that I was charged for a recipe book that I didn’t ask for. Also, the subscription I couldn’t cancel. They keep replying to you in email we will solve your problem but they keep dragging you without any help.

I’ve contacted Lasta email five different times since April 15. Nobody has gotten back to me or refunded me the $76 that they took out of my account after confirming that they were going to cancel my subscription (a month prior) and Never did refund me $76 and has yet to reply to my five emails that I’ve sent since April, I hope Lasta representative is reading this and somebody can please return my email

After using this app for almost a month I was logged out and could not log back in- I reached out to customer care but received an automated response that they were “busier than ever” and would get back to me soon- of which they never did other than an automated response, so I deleted the ap. I checked my subscriptions to make sure that I would be automatically charged even though I paid for the month, yet I was charged $78.00 anyway for 3 months . I reached out to them and of course have not heard back- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

This app will charge your bank disgusting money even after you cancel the product !!!!! Stay away from them !!!! They are also based outside of the US and are horrible with communication. Filing a police report - even apple said what they have done is wrong and every app should show up on their end when apple clients purchase any apps - they can’t even find the charge and I showed them everything and they are submitting it to the appropriate dept for further review to see if they can continue.

UPDATE: I emailed the review email they responded to this review with. Still no answer from that email or the support email. I submitted a support request 2 weeks ago due to being overbilled. I received an automated email back saying I’d hear something within 48 hours. I followed up after 4 days & still have not heard anything.

Do not dowload this app whatsoever and do not trust them. I got scammed $99.99. No support will ever answer you and their number will not answer you either. Please report this app.

I tried this app, found it to be just like all the others in the class. I canceled my subscription well before the end of the trial date. Got an email from support saying they are very busy and would get back to me in 24 hours. Never heard from them again. It’s been a week. Then they charged me for a full year subscription. We’ll see how long it takes me to get my $$ back.

This app has stolen money out of my account!! Go on their social media pages, people have complained about the same!!! This a fraud company!!! I paid the trial fee and then they took out $49 then they took out another $2 and then I found out today they took out $99 and $2 again!!!!!!!!! They ignore emails!!!! Horrible. When I tried to cancel they emailed me and stated they took the auto renewal off instead of canceling.
