I might have signed up for a trial but I cancel those right away and I have no record of being charged. Now all of a sudden more than a month later I’m getting a charge??? Apple has no record of this charge so it has to be from the company themselves.

I've tried several similar apps, but this one is the most comprehensive and user-friendly. It's now an essential part of my daily routine.

Very carefully read the reviews and decided to try this app. Was informed that after a trail week I would be asked if I wanted to continue with a membership. I used the app and learned a lot and was considering getting a longer membership. I never received an invitation to become a member but was charged $99.99 from Lasta, Inc. I was very upset and tried contacting customer support. Got an email back stating it would be 24 to 48 hours for a response. So I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally after two and half weeks I had to get my bank involved. Low and behold the very next morning I finally receive an email from Lasta stating I have been refunded and to ask my bank to stop dispute charge. Sorry, but I am not doing that the money is yet to be in my account and I had to be issued a new card that I have to wait 7-10 days for and it is the main card I use! Think twice before getting this app!!!

TL;DR: App is a scam and uses deceptive business practices. I’d give 0 stars if possible. I was first intrigued due to an ad on instagram that said that Lasta could tell me exactly how many calories I need to consume and how much I needed to workout in order to lose weight by a certain given date. This is actually just a more expensive myfitnesspal but for fasting and it does none of the things listed in the advertisement besides tracking fasting hours and providing mediocre workouts that you can get for free anywhere else. You have to take a quiz before you even see the prices which should’ve been the first clue. Then they show you prices that are not true. I chose a week option that is now no longer available but it showed it as 6.99 per week which I figured was fine. However, 6 days later I was charged 99.99 for ‘6 months’ of membership that somehow expired in 4 months when I would be charged for ‘6 months’ of member ship again. Since I was still in my week ‘trial’ (which was never expressed to be a trial) I was not allowed to cancel my membership through the app so I immediately reached out to support to cancel my membership and get a refund. I was told that I agreed to these terms and that they would not be giving me my money back. I went back through their quiz to get to the purchase page to see these terms and while the per week option I’d chosen was gone I did get 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month options show up and you have to click a small link labeled ‘view more’ on the checkout screen in order to see the true price of each membership option otherwise all it says is the ‘discounted’ trial price that isn’t labeled as a trial. You get 0 indication you’re going to be charged a ridiculous amount for an app that doesn’t even do what it says it does then you’re not going to be able to cancel the membership you didn’t even want and then customer service will do nothing about it because they hid the terms and conditions to trick you into accepting a ridiculous service charge. They are refusing to refund me as well. I should’ve read the app reviews before I gave this scammer my cc information.

I have no idea why they are charging $55/month for this. All these places always tell you if you enter your info they will get you a plan. There is no plan, just a timer to log your fasts and info you can read. It says cancel anytime, but when you go in to cancel, all it lets you do is send them an email. I have sent two emails and have not heard anything back. I’m not even asking for a refund (even though it charged me 3 days before it said it was going to re up), I just want it cancelled. No response at all. So frustrated and feel so stupid for even falling for this.

I’ve been trying to contact several times now to cancel my subscription because I keep being charged (there’s no other way you can cancel your subscription) and not one person has gotten back to me.

This is my first time writing a review. This app did nothing for me so I decided to cancel. Firstly, it was very difficult to get a hang of someone from their help team to cancel my subscription. They do not have the option to do so on the app…. Secondly, after receiving confirmation of my cancellation, I am still getting charged. I have attempted to contact them once again and I still haven’t heard from them. Giving 1 star in order to post this review but the truth is 0 stars!

During initiation of the free trial they charged me for a 49.99 book download I never received. I immediately asked for a refund and they denied me.
