I’m disabled. I could use a little more assistance with my walker getting into the van.

My driver (Ignatius E) was so horrible today, I just want to delete the entire app all together. He didn’t pick us up at our pickup location, so we had to walk to him, then he refused to drop us off at drop off pick and made us walk to our actual destination, this is very frustrating. Shame on you for letting this happen.

i don’t want to call him out but you guys need to start checking some of your drivers literally was 3 mins away from picking me up dude decided he was going to take a break or pit stop idk but i waited outside for at least 45 mins i shouldn’t have to contact driver to come pick me when the driver is down the street this is the 3rd time he has done this he is a terrible driver i understand go zone is not supposed to be quick but at least have reliable drivers.

I’ve been dealing with this issue for quite some time and it’s rather frustrating. It charges my card and keeps it pending until the end of the day. I’ve had this issue many times and this needs to be addressed and fixed because it isn’t fair that it keeps taking money from my card and not giving the ride. It’s unreliable and not ok to charge for a ride then sending an error stating that it’s “unable to book the ride at this time due to high demand and all seats are filled.” I’ve tried reaching out to a Supervisor with no luck on getting a response back. I’m not happy with this as it causes a huge inconvenience when trying to book a ride for my daughter to get to school and not being able to due to the amount of money it keeps taking and failing to successfully book a ride.

I have yet to have an issue with gozone. I feel like a princess with gozone😂 It’s extremely affordable compared to other ride share apps that cost $30+ for a mile drive!! All my drivers have been extremely polite and friendly! Gozone is my go-to ride share app.

the only good thing about this app is the price, i’m a highschool student so i’m up relatively early in the morning. Ive had issues with my rides being canceled seconds after ordering and having my money taken, on top of that today my tracker said my ride was 5 mins away and when i get outside to wait i end up checking my wait time and it shows him 15 mins away but i wait, then i end up getting canceled on. i was supposed to be at school 40 mins ago and now i’m late because i had to get a new driver who is 30 minutes away from where i need to be

App is slow to update when checking the wait time/status of a ride, the wait times are extremely high (especially for vans that are wheelchair accessible, if you can even get a ride). Denton made a huge mistake working with Via, but all DCTA cares about is if it makes them money. Bring the buses back.

Worst driver attitude, worst drop off and pick up, would stop in middle in traffic. Reckless drivers with the smell of cigarettes next to the baby. 5 minutes pick up time takes 40 minutes to come while they stay in same parking lot. Just take a walk or call Uber or Lyft.

I was confused about how it worked but my driver explained it to me in the car. Maybe next time I’ll do it better. LoL
