I have been playing this game for a while, but it may be time to call it quits. When you spend money on a game that continues to freeze and become unplayable for days, it’s time to move on. I have been stuck at “finish tutorial” for almost a week now, no matter what I do, rebooting my device has done nothing. Can’t contact support because anything you touch says finish tutorial. I think I’m done.

Since the update my game doesn’t work it keeps saying there is a billing problem but if the game is free why is it doing this? Guess I’ll have to find another game smh

Although the game play isn’t bad, it really bothers me that every time you open the game it takes all of 5 minutes to just begin playing because there is always a “special” event going on & there isn’t an option to bypass the tutorials for them. If they can add that option, i would rate the game 5 stars. But there is too many pop ups & forced interactions that it takes away the enjoyment of playing the game. Please fix.

I have played for about four weeks, but this game needs some work. On my daily rewards it awards me rubies but they never get added in to my total. You are supposed to repair the boat about level 35, but you cannot make bolts in the machine shop until level 45. There is never enough water to make feed, grow oranges, make soup, and grow the rubber plants. And forget getting pet moss, so you cannot upgrade many of the shops for better production. Lastly, you are constantly asked to buy the gold pass and extra energy so that you can progress easily. This game could be fun, but it needs a lot of tweaks to accomplish that.

I love this game so much but I’m stuck on and island. I can’t go anywhere. It won’t even let me go to settings. I know it’s just a game but it’s very frustrating. I can’t even contact anyone.

A lot of stuff won’t work since I got into the island that’s now gone.

Love the game so far. There is a problem with volcano Island. I cant finish tasks or leave the Island pls help.

..but for the last 2 days, on my PC and my IPad, it starts to open then the error message “internet connection needed to play”. Mind you, I have internet. A recent glitch?

I just started playing this game and spent money for energy and gems. The game info left some important things out and the support wasn’t easy to figure out either. I sent my message just after 5 pm and they answered at 4 am when I was sleeping and ended contact. I lost game time and prizes because of that. Then I hit a glitch after I’d bought more energy and diamonds. I contacted them again and again had to wait hours of game time and lost progress in timed “adventures” which caused me to lose more progress and prizes. I asked for game rewards or my money back. They gave me 3 matchbox things only. No energy or diamonds and certainly not a refund. Now the game has glitched again, I’m stuck on Volcano island and I can’t do anything, not even send them a message. This game would be fun if it worked. I have deleted the game, what else is there to do. Wish I had read the reviews first and didn’t spend money for nothing.

Wow! 10 hours to make caramel? Terrible update. I really enjoyed playing this game but this and some of the updates that have occurred are ridiculous so I definitely won’t be playing anymore.
