There is no chat support to speak of. They give basic info and send you to the Instagram help center page. Then take 5 days to respond with another basic message. Then , realizing I would get no help, I cancelled my subscription and today they tried to charge me for another month of service. I’ve long cancelled this useless service

Mona helped me get all the way back into my Facebook account after it was hacked! I am so grateful for this app!!!!! I would have lost all my contacts and pictures from this account that I've had since the beginning of Facebook!

The app works!! I enjoyed using it, my subscription issues were resolved thankfully some time after the review.

Garbage

it's a scam, they make you do a free trail with no way to cancel it after you realize the app does nothing

And cannot help with Facebook recovery
