Invoices and confirmations are not being sent to my customers. I cannot find a contact for reporting my issues with this app I’m paying for. Please help! Thanks!

Thank you for an intuitive and awesome app. I just launched my sugar cookie business Cookie Dude KC and this app was cost effective and met my needs.

I love that Bakesy takes care of the order process, invoicing and money. I’m a big pushover so if someone orders from me, I always give too many discounts. Since I signed up for Bakesy, I’m making money. I do wish there was a way to send out a mass text to previous customers for new products, presales, Sales etc. overall, 5 stars great for me.

I absolutely love this app. I have been using it for almost a year now. It is the only way for me to keep my baking business organized without worrying about missing orders or customer information. I don’t know how other bakers do it without using an app like this!
