    Keep getting a “something went wrong” error when loading in. The app is laggy and buggy. Spoken as a software developer myself, if your app sucks—no one will want your product. I guess I’ll return the watch.

    Ever so often, I’ll get an update from my little one’s watch and it won’t let me sign in to see anything. Just acts as if the password/username is not correct, which it is but it won’t even let me reset it. If the app worked long enough to let you log in and see notifications I’d rate it higher. Hopefully the crashing gets resolved, otherwise the watch is pointless

    I am constantly logged out. The location takes forever to refresh. I have shared my location 5+times and it still shows “not sharing.” The icing on the cake is that now, every time I open the app, it says new version available. Click here to update. I cannot use the app at all. So I click update, and it takes me here to the AppStore where there is no app update. I click open app, and the cycle continues. I cannot see my child’s location, which is the whole point of this app. So annoying.

    It was great up until the past few weeks when it started logging me out! I deleted and reinstalled the app and even called T-Mobile complaining but still nothing. FIX THIS PROBLEM IT IS ANNOYING!

    I don’t understand why T-mobile doesn’t fix the MASSIVE issues with this app. First, I constantly have to log into this app. I tried setting up the Face ID but it won’t recognize my face and eventually it reverts back to a standard log in. Everytime I open the app a red box appears saying it’s having issues and to try again later. My kid’s location seems to always be available but everyone else in the family has a problem with theirs and no way to reset it so the location reboots. It makes me not trust the apps ability to notify me if someone takes my kid!! Way too many issues and T-Mobile won’t fix it!!

    I would give a 5 Star if App would not log me out every time. I have submitted Screenshots nothing has changed. Otherwise love I can track my daughter, text or call her during the day. Convenience, affordable and very useful as a parent.

    The app logs me out every day and then I have to reset my password. Always gives me an error message that says something went wrong and to try back later. I get notifications but cannot log in ever. Over all does not work and don’t know what I’m paying for if it’s not reliable to let me know where my kid is.

    App does not work. Logged me out now I can’t log in. Tells me that there are issues with the app. Try later. This has been going on for 3 days.
