They can’t seem to get the app fixed. Trash until it is

Takes forever to update location, and doesn’t alert when outside of boundaries until 30 mins later.

So disappointed- have had a few weeks and wish I’d read reviews before purchasing :( considering asking tmobile for a return due to all around glitches with device battery and app functionality

This app has an okay design, and is slow but not horribly slow. The only huge problem is that it just doesn’t work like 75% of the time. I’m currently using an iPhone 15 Pro, and previously experienced the same issues on the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I can almost never actually see where my daughter is using the GPS and frequently get “error” messages the entire time I am using the app. Sometimes, the app just won’t open at all. I am forced to use this app because of the smart watch we bought our daughter, but if there is one app I would want to be 100% stable and functional it’s the app that is supposed to be helping me keep track of my kids in an emergency. But it seems that T-Mobile really couldn’t care less about patching these holes unfortunately.

This app is absolute trash. My wife’s TMobile log in is locked into it and won’t release, the app crashes every time I touch any link within it. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app a dozen times. Absolutely useless.

Every time I try and log in, the app kicks me right out.

Product works great. Could use the option of installing new mini games. Why have 2 join options? Join tracking side and join list of acceptable family/friends.?.?.? Some people, like my family are scared of tracking through 3rd party apps. Like I said. It does it’s job. It allows my kid call when they need to. 🤷🏽‍♂️

The video doesn't work on the watch. Also, my daughters watch just went black on the screen

I get “singeing went wrong. Please try again later” since last update.
