    I normally NEVER right reviews, but I feel this app doesn’t get enough credit. I’ve been a member to many gyms that either have a high turnover rate or management changes or they simply close down. Dr. Robin showed up on my FYP at the time when I was feeling my lowest. Mentally and physically. When I finally officially started in January, I instantly knew this was the best place for me to began my journey of getting back to me. with the exception of weekend trainings, I don’t miss a day. Team Formation is where it’s at. The scale hasn’t moved, but the inches have. If you’re on the fence, take that leap of faith and join. you have nothing to lose, but inches ☺️

    This is the best fitness app you could possibly find. The in ear coaching hits at the right moments with the encouragement and guidance we all need during workouts. The built in timer for the sets. The ability to switch teams when you feel yourself plateauing after 4-6 weeks allows your body to continually improve. I just switched teams again and the strength I gained was mind blowing. I realized the only thing I wish I did different was start logging my weight and journaling sooner. Which is also on the app. I’ve seen so many positive results from having this. It’s worth every penny. I would be devastated if I didn’t have this app anymore, and I’m so grateful I chose to try it out. This app is seriously out here changing lives. For the better. You really feel like somebody after your workouts. Like you matter. Not only the physical is supported but also the mental as well. Sincerely, The woman whose 90 pounds lighter

    Constantly been in and out of the gym and have tried different workout programs until I found Ladder. GAME CHANGER!! I love it so much and has helped get me back where I’m comfortable in my body. Team Movewell with Coach Nicole is very motivating and she talks you through everything along with encouraging you to keep going.

    I have been working out for a while consistently, but I was getting tired of my routine and starting to dread it. With Ladder I don’t have to think about it! My workouts are planned out and I just have to press start workout! It connects to my Apple Watch, which makes it easy to track my workouts. I can’t say enough great things about it! It’s like having a personal trainer at my house! Coach Nicole really pushes me and I look forward to every workout!
