    Love this app! Was initially influenced to give it a try from social media and am glad I did! I was using another fitness workout at for 3 years but found myself skipping days a lot, knowing I could go back to previous weeks and complete those later. This app keeps me much more accountable! I’ve been doing the transform series for 5 weeks now. I went from working out 2 MAYBE 3 days a week to 4 and 5 days a week! I feel so much more motivated and love the workouts!

    I’ve lifted on and off without consistency for years. I recently broke down and decided I have to do early workouts if I can ever be consistent. I started making most days of the week, but I got bored. I was on TikTok bemoaning its impending ban, and the ad appeared. I tried the trial, and I really enjoyed being told what to do so early in the morning. It’s been more motivating than planning workouts myself, and I’ve found more soreness indicating I was pushing myself more. I have too much stuff on my plate and limited time to plan ahead for workouts, so this has been really nice. Hopefully, this and modifying my nutrition to cater to my peri-menopausal needs will help me slim down and get stronger. Life goals for lifting—> stay out of the nursing home 30 years from now.🙌🏻

    You can really tell everyone involved with this company and building this app really cared about the user experience. Probably the best work out app I’ve ever tried. Definitely makes it less intimidating for beginners to workout but good for intermediate+ if they wanted to try something new! Also the feature to track your progress while working out was very well designed. 10/10 would recommend this app to anyone. Thank you again for thinking on all aspects on how to make working out with my phone a more seamless experience. :)

    Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this app! Coach Brian and Team Vitality speaks my language. Love the schedule and I don’t have to think about anything. Minimum equipment to a lot of equipment, it has something to offer for everyone! 💪🏻👊🏻
