I really wish it would play in background using picture in picture. YouTube tv app does this perfectly where I can continue watching while I'm in other apps. Right now if I go to respond to a message the video just stops.

Just timed it. The game on the app on my phone is 9 minutes, 39 seconds ahead of the game on my AppleTV. The app was the one that got me off cable TV. For the price, though, I’d like to see the game in as close to real time as possible.

While the game is playing, you can still hear the announcers but a picture from the last advertisement is stuck on your screen so you have to back out of the app and refresh

The Cubs make it really hard to buy and utilize their streaming service.

I’ve tried to use this app at least a half dozen times since the start of the season. Every time I have tried the game does not load comes up as Service Request Error. I’ve tried on WiFi and through cellular data, nothing works. Thanks for taking the games off of regular TV Ricketts

This app frequently loses the feed during games or the app stalls. I have to close it and reset it for the video feed to start back up. It’s very frustrating since this is $20/month.

App is not reliable on phone or Apple TV. Contact support - have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? Yes!!!! 58 times. Not to mention I have to logging again each time. The worst. I miss WGN.

I pay for marquee and app doesn’t work for me or anyone I know. Call line is disconnected. They are a joke. This app is a joke for real. Contact me asap.

I actually haven’t had too many problems from marquee, I love you don’t have to pay separately like some streaming services as long as you have it for your tv provider. Ever since their last update I can’t watch though and it just says service request failed

Every 2-3 days, I have to sign out for an error from failure to load and the retry button always ends in the same result. After signing back in, it works again. This error has persisted since last year without any solutions. Lately I’m being blocked from watching at all due to regional “couch rights”. I only watch in 3 places. On my family room Apple TV, basement Apple TV, and iPhone. The iPhone I use while traveling for work to watch the games (not that I can anymore). Now I’m paying for a service that won’t work in all three devices and when they do, it’s intermittent. Leaving me with the only solution available, cancel my subscription so I don’t get charged for a service that I can’t use. Go Cubs, go…..as in go to another app developer game r hire a new team for the entire Marquee platform. Anything has to be better.
