It took me 7 emails to get them to delete my account after the trial. It worked poorly so I went a different direction and I super regret giving them access to my passwords. Extremely unprofessional, I highly discourage anyone from trusting them.

I switched from an iPhone 12 Pro to a 15 a few days ago and now every time I open the app all I see a black screen.

This app is pretty good, but it has an annoying habit of disconnecting at random. You’ll be attempting to autofill credentials to log in to a website and NordPass will be disconnected. Then you have to go log back in to NordPass before you can do what you wanted to do.

Would like to cancel… ugh

So it’s great but I keep forgetting my master password but other then that it’s great!

NordPass is certainly not user friendly. How do you sign in to a website using Nord Pass .I setup my first password and all I get is a summary page of the website and the password. It also does not post the password to the website.

I’ve been thru LastPass, and 1Password and now NordPass. Of all of them, I like Nordpass the best. Easiest to use and understand. Highly recommended.

All you had to do was nothing and this would have been supported, now I’m switching to Proton Pass. Unacceptable

Very bad and does not work automatically most of the time I have to cope the email and pass. Master keep recovery horrible processes and does work properly and now I have a trouble. I wouldn't recommend at all
