I love the process of the app

I like the way this feels.

Good

I never thought that eating leafy green vegetables, fruits and berries, nuts, and grains beans certain rises could make a difference. I don’t like oatmeal except if it’s in a raisin oatmeal cookie so it’s got sugar so I know I need to eliminate that and just eat the oats I love butter, but it’s not good. I need it for avocado or olive oil, the various kinds that are healthy. I’ve learned all that is reading all of the information that has been presented and I swore I done lesson number five and I know I did and I didn’t get credit so that bugs me but I thank you so very much because you guys have done a great wonderful job and then lighten me, a various way so losing weight and 10% is better than shooting for 25 because it’s easier and I think you so much

I would say overall the app is realistic and teaches you how to achieve weight loss in moderation. I am actually really excited about getting started and the cost is affordable.

But your app keeps turning off by itself before it is done?

I am trying this app for the first time and so far my fist day i am learning the process !!! Something different of course !!! Lets give it a try

I did the 30 day trial for $19 and wrote to cancel within two weeks of that. I got an email saying that it would be between 24-48 hours. I assumed it was handled. They charged me anyway and now refuse to give me my money back. I have spent several hours emailing back and forth and they’re saying it’s my fault it wasn’t cancelled and that they will only give me 20% of my money back. DO NOT USE THIS APP!
