If I could rate it lower I would. There's no real avenue to file complaints . No place that I can see aside from reviews and ratings on the apps stores to air grievances . So I'd wager there's little to no accountability for any of the people employed there. And no or little support for going above heads.

This app doesn’t do any good. I see people getting rides in areas that I can’t because it’s “out of zone” anywhere from south like parsons or east like refugee to downtown even to grand veiw you cannot get a ride. It seems to be only available in the Westerville area but I’m not understanding how I’m seeing cota plus on the south and east side of you cannot request a ride on the map.

Everyone is nice but the entire system is broken, if you try to book after 2-3 PM good luck calling the help line is just another person trying to book it and they’ll basically do as much as you can about it which is nothing . Gotta wait 30 minutes just to book and another 30 to get picked up, only sometimes can you get where you wanna go on time, it’s better the Uber but I guess cheaper isn’t always better

Don’t rely on this app to get to work on time b it’s a nice feature but hit or miss. The zones won’t update to include Westerville and I’m literally a half mile out of zone from my departure so I have to catch a transfer bus to get in zone.
