  • App instills discipline but some glitches

    A useful app to keep track of intermittent fasting. Useful information and simple tracking of foods and drinks consumed. Really like the app and hope it will continue to improve the functionality. Only problem are the glitches. Quite a number of times information entered is not registered and is lost. Sometimes it does not register when you start or end fast. A number times have to re-enter everything that was eaten. Hopefully the team will pick up on this and update and make sure that these glitches are resolved. Since posting the developer has come back to address the issues I mentioned. This is highly appreciated.

    I appreciate keeping track of how much I drink, how much I exercise, what I eat and then all the helpful suggestions that are given each day depending on or relating to what I’ve eaten the day before, helpful ideas of how I can improve or increase maybe my protein intake veggie intake whatever is indicated.

    I just started this program but it’s very easy to work with and it also was like having a friend with you at all times. That looks out for you. I don’t ever believe in promoting something that I cannot see proof but so far this app is truly amazing and I would highly recommend it to many other people, but I wanna be able to show them the proof first so let’s give this a month see where it takes us and if it actually works like I believe it’s gonna, I would love to work for you guys promoting this.

    Essentially you are getting a very buggy app that amounts to a fasting timer. The food logging is laugh out loud funny and their “AI chat bot” gives extremely generic advice that could be found literally typing “diet” into a google search. Really needs a free trial to show how crappy this is.
  • Daily Goals Needs to Be More Rigorous

    I’m on about a month. Getting used to the fasting routine. The daily goals need work. For example today it said to log a low sodium low saturated fat snack. Ok. All I have to do is click on it and done. There is no proof I ate that. I know this is predicated on being honest with myself, but this is too easy. I’d like to see the developers increase the verification of the daily goals. Otherwise I really like the app.

    They do not provide live support by phone. When my subscription I thought was canceled did not cancel I have been going back and forth trying to get a refund due to financial hardship. I possibly would’ve looked into a subscription at a later point but due to the low quality of customer service I will not. I also would not recommend it to anyone

    Worst customer service! No phone number to call, only email. I’m not even sure this is a legitimate company. I signed up for this service and downloaded the app. Wound up getting charged twice and now cannot log in. I never received any confirmation emails with subscription details. When I submitted a service request I was asked to provide details of the charges which I did. No response after three different inquiry attempts.

    Good app for fasting-could be a little More explanatory from the get go! Not a 5 as far as user friendly Could give specific amounts to eat and a loose calorie intake to achieve ketosis while fasting! For example stay away from x foods and fast every day for 12-14 hrs or more Choose your times.eating for 8-6 hours max = More fasting means more weight loss. 3 meals 2 snacks or 2 meals 3 snacks- I fell I had to find a lot of info on my own?
