    I like the short recommended work outs, the informational pieces and the fasting tracker- the nutritional tracking is severely lacking- you should never imply to someone trying to lose wait not to eat a clementine and should not assume that everything someone eats is high in sodium- maybe they actually cook and don’t add salt

    I like the way that Simple stays on you about your progress. It does not provide detailed info on caloric intake, which is key to weight loss. Also, if you miss a day, it is net easy to go back and enter info later.

    The Simple app is great! I LOVE Avo the AI coach. She helps a lot. She helped put a healthy grocery list together today. It’s easy to use, and it’s nice to be able to keep track of everything. I like that even if I’m not having a good day, I don’t feel like a failure. Food is a friend, what you eat and how much you eat is really what matters. Avo told me that in one of our conversations where I was feeling discouraged. 100% worth it!

    I’m really enjoying the Simple app for two weeks now. Makes it very easy to keep track of my fasting hours and my eating window. This app makes it easy to change that eating window from day today depending on what we have going on as a family. I like the AI coach as I often consult with it for healthier options. Even one evening I had not gone grocery shopping yet I looked in my pantry and refrigerator to see what I could put together for dinner. So I had basically four ingredients I told the AI coach with those four ingredients were and said help me put together a healthy meal. To my shock and surprise, it gave me a recipe.
