I’m excited for the features this app offers however, when I try to set up anything in the app, it crashes. I can’t even set up my first device. I haven’t even had the chance to test anything out. After pressing anything in the app, the screen goes white. The “explore nearby” function is always loading and never works. I run the current IOS update. I would never consider purchasing the subscription if the free app functions this way. As long as the app doesn’t work, the only thing I can rate is a 1 star.

I have registered my elite units previously but after the last update on the units I cannot connect to my devices with the app. And Now my unit on the bow connects to the gps signal of the unit on the console. The gps on the bow unit will not pick up any satellites and now sends me a no gps fix message all the time. Never had an issue until after this last update. I have tried to get in touch with lowrance and cannot get through on the phone and have not received a reply through email either. Maybe I can get in touch with someone through this.

Haven’t been able to connect to my HDS7 at all. App sees the chartplotter on the network. Acts like it is going to connect and no new devices show up in the Lowrance app. Nothing on the HDS7. Pretty sad. There is another app I can use to connect remotely but would love to do it natively with the Lowrance app. Been this way for months.

Very handy when searching for new locations to fish. Synchronizing with my Lowrance HDS IS GREAT

It’s great to be able to sit in my chair at home and plot my course to my fishing spot for tomorrow morning! Lake Washington cutthroat here we come.

Maps are good once I figured out you need to turn on HBR (whatever that stands for). Was about to delete it before that only seeing 10’ contour by default. But, I need to be able to search for lakes. I live in MN. 10,000+ lakes. So, to plan a trip I want to view the contour of the lakes I plan to fish so I know where to go before I get there. As it works now it doesn’t return any results when I search for a lake. Try panning around in the bwca to find a specific lake. Takes forever!!
