Description

Address Labels - print your mailing and Christmas card list address labels and envelopes in minutes. Extremely easy to use - whatever your age! Address Labels takes care of the fitting the text/image to the label size. You just supply the contents and select label type - AddressLabels takes care of the rest. Supports a wide range of label sheets including the most popular Avery types on Letter or A4 sheets. Supports printing to wide variety of envelopes. You can also print to custom sized envelopes. Supports Brother label printers and Dymo labelwriters (see below) USPS Intelligent Mail barcode now supported for zipcodes. Address Labels remembers the label settings, making the next job even easier. Useful for all sorts of lists - Christmas, Thanksgiving, Birthdays, Weddings, Baby Showers, storage jars, file labels etc. - use your imagination. Speed up mass mailings by printing to address label sheets, envelopes or label rolls. Lists can be sorted on first/last names, manually, birthday and zip/post code. The zip/post code sort lets you target your mailings to specific neighbourhoods/locations. Also, this can be especially helpful in the USA allowing you to get the lowest possible postal rates for bulk mail. The birthday sort allows you to create a really useful birthday list where you can see at a glance which birthdays are coming up. Compatible with the very popular iOS AddressLabels, on the App Store since 2010. Uses Cloud syncing (macOS 10.15 and later) Use your lists year after year. Personalize your labels/envelopes with an image (in-app or from disk), different text colours and fonts. Create Return Address labels either from an address in Contacts or by manual entry. Easily print multiple labels for anyone in your list. Record the no. of cards written, mailed, hand-delivered or sent as eCards. Number of stamps (including international) required displayed. Import the names from your Contacts, spreadsheet csv files or type manually. Imported names can use an alias on the labels e.g. you can import “Mr John Smith”, but display and print “John and Mary”, or “The Smith Family” etc. Also, you can use the person's nickname. Record when a card/letter has been received and view the history of cards sent/received - maybe stop sending to someone who hasn't replied for a while! Store extra information e.g. names of children, type of card person prefers etc. The labels can be used for name and addresses obviously, but also for phone numbers and email addresses. The label data has the "name" on the first line, and the "address" on the following lines. Of course, these do not have to be people's names and addresses. For example, you might just use the "Name" field for Storage Jar labels. For label sheets, select from template descriptions or Avery code numbers. • Not so easy...

Okay - Importing was a breeze! Printing? - NOT SO MUCH. Portrait is NOT portrait settings. It prints to the left, to the right, half off the stickers, half off the labels, the outline is one direction, the address is in another. Seriously? I cannot figure this out and I do this AS. A. LIVING.

I have been using this app for several years. Just once a year for Christmas cards. It’s very intuitive, even for those of us senior citizens who are infrequent users. The input is easy, and the label print function is great. I just take the finished labels to a nearby print shop and that’s it. And it’s easy to update your list from year to year.

This is the best label app on the market (I tried all the most popular ones), but its user interface could use a fresh coat of paint.
  • Great Addition of Bar Codes

I have been testing a new version of address labels that includes the postal barcodes. I asked the developer to try to inculde these because it makes it easier for the postal service to sort and get the mail out quicker to it's destination. He has done a great job of incorporating this feature. I can see small to medium businesses use this feature all the time. I'd like to thank him for listening to his customers and responding in a very professional and friendly way.
  • One of the worst applications I've ever seen

I have both the iOS and the Mac apps. VERY POORLY written (based on 30 years of writing apps): - Very unstable - User interface is VERY confusing and poorly designed. Multiple, irrational windows for different settings. - Settings are not saved correctly. Set them once and then when returning to that window the settings have been reset (usually to default) - It looks like settings have been saved to the window level instead of a permanent global - Sometimes settings to print landscape will actually print portrait. - iOS app defaults to metric measurements with NO way to reset to imperial measurements Strong recommendation - DO NOT BUY THIS APP! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
  • It WORKS!

The latest MOS system upgrade renders printing envelopes from Contacts impossible - okay, it may be possible, but I gave up after a few hours. Apple pointed at HP (I have 3 different printers) and HP showed me how I might use Pages to print envelopes. I spent only a few minutes with your program and, well, money well spent. Good job!

I have a tremor in my hands which makes addressing envelopes by hand almost impossible. This app has completely solved my problem. I am especially happy with the number of envelope sizes the app supports and there is also an option to create custom sizes. I was very impressed by the speed with which the developer responds to requests for assistance! I submitted a question and had my answer within hours. I couldn't be happier!! Cheryl F., Erie, CO

Your app does exactly what I need it to do and I thank you. I previously used software, which only worked on my old PC. Now that I have a Mac, I was lost without that old program for maintaining my Christmas card adress lists and for printing my mailing labels. This app did the job seemlessly! I wanted an easy to use app and I found it in yours.
  • Useless

Every time you try to add a return address, the app crashes. Try to change the font size? The app crashes. Click to make labels, the app crashes. They don't even list Mac Ventura 13.0.1 on their list of systems. Don't waste your money.
  • Would give this a 5 star

Would give this a 5 star if you could edit the size of the font seperatly on each envelope or label. Or you can add a second name under the first..The sizing doesn't work if you put a long two names it will print very small on envelope but normal on others.. the print area needs to be bigger and the ability to make the fonts larger than you can would be amazing.. This is also perfect for someeone older and less techichal like me.. It's simple..
