    The location near me hasn’t taken online orders in six months. In fact the app says that store is closed when I know it isn’t! We’re not going drive an extra 15 minutes to get subs!

    Can’t look up the large hot dog because it is t there. App needs a search function and a way to leave a tip. I always leave a tip when I go to get orders. Tonight I found that there was an app, so I downloaded it. App also needs a search function. App appears to be at very beginning and not by profession developers. Hopeythey will improve apps look and functionality over time.

    Seemless app but nowhere to add military discount. I don’t use app and waste valuable time because I have to go inside and order at counter to receive discount!

    Easily the worst food app I have and it’s not even close. It’s like it was designed by the owners kid who got the gig because he’s the owners kid. Get a serious app maker to make an app that matches your great food

    Love Larry’s, hate the app. Got no further than TRYING to enter a zip code to tell it my location. Using iPhone SE with updated OS. Tied with Micky Ds for worse app but at least Ur food is many times better

    Nowhere to add a lettuce wrap on the site. Nowhere does it offer your soup choices. It could use some critiquing in other areas as well. It takes too long to place an order. This causes you to lose your time slot. It also did not remember my password and I tried several times, finally I went in as a guest. I’ve done this on several occasions now. Yes, I’ve tried to start over with a new account.

    Sometimes the line is long and slow. But it’s worth the wait. I have the App so I’ve found things to be so much easier. People are friendly and the food is awesome!!!! I will say that they are often understaffed and it sometimes takes forever to get served. Also, Due to the lack of staffing (I believe) order accuracy has suffered. But I still keep coming back. 😇
