I find it frustrating that you can’t do simple things like domain management or purchase in the app. Forced to use this because of the Google domain take over. Cannot wait to finish transferring off of this platform.

I can’t edit text unless I spend 5 minutes tapping on it, I ROTATED my iPad and it erased my progress (not kidding, I cried), and I had to follow so many tutorials to use this app only to have endless issues. Maybe it’s just because I’m on an iPad, but it’s my work iPad with tons of memory—every other high octane running app that I use works just fine.

Although the visual experience and mobile structure are similar to the desktop experience, some issues make the mobile design unusable: - while in preview > edit mode > page will randomly take me back to the page screen depending on what I am editing (an image, text, etc.) and doesn't save my changes before doing so - “Preview” is an unintuitive CTA - the app is slow and needs more tools when editing to improve the experience - overall, the app seems to run slow and seems clunky - I like the analytics widget but need more data to make an informed assumption

My domain was just transferred from Google to squarespace. I cannot manage my domain name from my phone browser due to: "Full Domains experience on a larger browser window. To access all domain editing and management features please expand the browser window." I tried the app to manage my domain, and the transferred domain is not supported. Useless. opens

Not sure why squarespace can’t connect more easily to square since it’s the same developer. Also super annoying that I can only use my swipe card reader & the $60 tap to pay reader will not work with the squarespace app, but it does with the square app. This is difficult for small businesses & annoying to have to track across squarespace & square even though it’s the same log in, email & business. Please do better

The app has been broken for some time now. Can’t make ANY edits without it crashing. And when I tap edit, the is no option to add blocks at all if I wanted to.

I cannot edit the desktop version of my website for every time I click the edit button the whole webpage crashes and reloads and gets stuck endlessly loading.website traffic is obviously affected by my lack of being able to fix the issue and square space has not addressed the errors in the last two updates

Every time I open my commerce app it makes me upgrade. Now it is telling me that in Order to upgrade I need a newer operating system on my iPhone 11! So I am unable to access the orders my customers are making. What can be done about this?!

I used to count on this app to update our weekly sermons to our website for our church as editing the audio block doesn’t work from an ipad. Now (since February) the app says to visit the page in a browser to do it…but it doesn’t work on an iPad browser. I can do EVERY part of my job from my ipad and cellphone except for this, and it’s very frustrating that they removed features.

Was able to actually edit my site on my phone before, now I can at most preview (just barely, as long as it’s only the mobile view and not the desktop view) but can’t make any changes if I wanted to. How do we lose big features vs receive better ones.
