    They not only took 40.62 out of my canceled subscription, 2?days prior to me even knowing about this app they did a 37.50 charge, I didn’t even or ever seen this site or heard of it till 8/24 so why in 8/22 did they take another 37.50???? I’ve turned it all over since they are playing games, this is utterly the most asinine thing this apps are doing, Inwont be dealing with no more apps,

    After purchasing and installing this app, getting It all set up and setting all the settings, the hacker, and malware that was on my phone just blew right through this app. Disconnected it, and now they’re moving things around, and I’m watching this happen and looking at my phone. It’s like I called Apple support and had them manually control my phone. Texting support getting no support at all whatsoever. I tried for two weeks to login into my account. I could not get support from them. They didn’t understand that my emails were being redirected, that everything was being redirected. Furthermore, I wouldn’t get the signing codes or the options or anything, they were absolutely zero help. It was a waste of money. I still can’t access it. I paid for a whole year. Furthermore, I put my trust in something that an entire decade of photos, banking statements, emails, just everything, it’s all gone.

    I want to cancel service with live agent to ensure no billing issues! Instead I have to jump through hoops and pages! Not fair to me I am old and not tech savvy

    I have had to purchase a license multiple times per year only to notify my bank to cancel the transaction. Malwarebytes does bite. Constantly upgrading for a price and the cost of dropped protections. It also blocks websites I use frequently. I am getting very frustrated with this app

    I give the trial a 3, although a very close score of 2. It’s a great app I’m assuming. A 7 day trail should give me more than what I already know has been hacked. To get me to go premium I want see more than my current service gives me. Throw me a bone or something to change my mind that your product is the best. Cheers!

  • Malwarebytes doesn’t handle Malware…?

    Why would you re-position your product without clarifying that a malware scan is no longer done? Instead your product goes deep in into iOS and macOS settings. Sure, a product that does multiple things that allegedly work like they say they do is great, but your product is trying to do too many things and requires too much access. There’s also no reason that you can’t be one of the tools that collects zero data. Others do it and it’s clear after using those products. But I deleted and deactivated within 10 mins of installing. Keep your free 7 day subscription and harvest data from others but not me (at least no more than you already have). Disappointing…

    In addition to the inherently encrypted the device is safer with Malwarebytes monitoring the vicious malicious activity happening in the background! Security is a must, and all it takes is one loose “opening “ for malicious attacks to take advantage! Due diligence from users and this Product make for a good safe surfing and enjoying you life! Another example of one “loose opening “ Targeting anyone whom just point and click to see if customers have exploitable habits! Another scam from one of our Credit Union accounts flagged by other means. Addressed and Security advised! As a cyclical habit will continue to report findings here. More than not politically motivated attacks from nefarious acts and actors! Collection agencies need to stop using third party tactics to target alleged creditors, send letter of verifiable evidence and wait for response! Latest is inverted display and had to turn off “Smart picture (?)” then reset everything and go into lockdown mode!

    I used the paid Plus version for more than 6 months on my Mac, iPad and iPhone. Today it suddenly stopped working on my iPhone. I could not update the app and every time I tried it disconnected me from my home network so that I had to restart my phone to reconnect. I removed the app and reinstalled it. Now I get a subscription error that will not allow me to log in to my account. I used my Mac to submit a support request and received a ticket number but am still waiting for an agent to respond. Until then, my phone is exposed. *** Update: No one from tech support contacted me to follow up. After reviewing my subscription, I decided to try deactivating and reactivating my phone, which fixed the problem. It would have been great if the AI chat bot had suggested this the first time! 🤔 🙄 🤦‍♂️
