I signed up for a free trial and canceled immediately so I wouldn’t get charged. I got charged at the end of my “free” trial anyway. I disputed the charge with Apple and the app developers lied and said it was a legitimate charge, forcing me to do a chargeback. Don’t download this scammy app!

1 st thing it does is shoves a bunch recommendations in your face. Second thing is it makes you create an account. I just to play some podcast. I should t have to login

I’ve used this app for over 7 years from the time I had an android and even now I have an iPhone. It had always been the most useful podcast app. NO LONGER!!! I open the app and EVERY TIME I TOUCH THE SCREEN AN ADD POPS UP! Not even an exaggeration! I open the app - ad. I tap my library button - ad. I select a podcast - ad. It absolutely atrocious and has become UNUSABLE. I came to see if others are struggling as well and many agree. Yet all the responses from the developers say we strive to have a balance of ads. REALLY??? NOTHING about this is balanced. I’m SUPREMELY DISAPPOINTED that an app I’ve used and enjoyed for years has fallen this way.

This has been my favorite podcast app for years but I have had to find another. Even after the latest update the playback ihas become so choppy that I can't stand to listen to it. It seems like there is too much manipulation of the audio to eliminate any pauses or dead space. Bad editing.

I understand the need for ads, and I can deal with them on screen for short periods. But they’ve now added an ad bar down the bottom of the screen that hovers right over the play, pause, forward, rewind. It doesn’t disappear, you can’t close it, but you also can’t control your podcast. It’s a step too far, and they’ll lose people if they don’t change that.
