My experience with this company was too bad, I do not recommend it at all, they are pedantic, they do not help at all.

Custom service is a joke . Yesterday I made a claim and was informed that it would arrive today. Now I’m trying to track down my claim, and the customer service representative yesterday said she would send a email so I could track the parcel. Well here I am wasting time complaining about your services.

I have no idea how I even got this app, or what it's supposed to be doing for me. How do I get rid of it?

I was trying to explain to the person over the phone through messages that my phone has water damage so it's hard for me to type. Instead of letting me know that they needed a city and State with my address. They kept repeating it instead of being helpful and telling me that I didn't have the city and State. My phone has water damage and I cannot type. I had to send them messages with my voice and that wasn't easy
