I’ve paid for your service but it hasn’t been connected to all 5 devices which were promised. I can’t tell whether I’m protecting all or ANY of my devices! You’ve made it so difficult for non-geeks like ma that if I could figure out how to cancel I would. It seems like a tech company could make it simple to buy in and log in to get the service needed

They auto billed me for their service

The VPN often times does not automatically connect when user connects to a new network. Requires user to go in to app and manually turn on the vpn. Kind of defeats the purpose of the vpn.

We were told we’d be protected until the 28th of Feb . At this time I have no protection & I am doubting I ever did have protection cuz I was having a hard time loading it at the beginning of last year this time. I was told then there was a known issue & I would be called when it was resolved. This phone never had coverage even though we bought in fen of 2023 as a matter of fact I was told it would be extended 3 months. It was all lies. My phone doesn’t have protection now! VPN does not turn on. Gives error message.

I feel I receive good protection with McAfee. It is easy to create and start McAfee security on my devices. Their prices are reasonable as well. Thanks McAfee!
