The app says I get 250mb protection per month. I used that all up in April. Today is May 2. It didn’t reset. I should have 250mb in the bank today. It shows zero.
All products are great. Delivers commercial grade protection from viruses and known vulnerabilities.

I paid for a 3rd year - this is the 2nd year in a row that I cannot access the service as follows:
1. I install the most current version of the app.
2. I login.
3. I get an error that I’m over the Free 250mb limit.
4. I click the help button.
5. I get the same error message that I’m over the 250mb free limit.
6. I enter in my account number, and receive an error message that my account number is too short.
7. Repeat.
8. I uninstall the app because I can’t use it.

I have spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to keep this app running smoothly right now. I am stuck in a loop that won’t let me check anything on my phone. It’s really frustrating.

Generally like the app, but am unable to upgrade to unlimited usage. Removed and reloaded the app, restarted, tried to apply the new, verified payment subscription to no avail. Crickets from Support.

I’ve paid for your service but it hasn’t been connected to all 5 devices which were promised. I can’t tell whether I’m protecting all or ANY of my devices! You’ve made it so difficult for non-geeks like ma that if I could figure out how to cancel I would. It seems like a tech company could make it simple to buy in and log in to get the service needed

The VPN often times does not automatically connect when user connects to a new network. Requires user to go in to app and manually turn on the vpn. Kind of defeats the purpose of the vpn.
