Sexism, racism, and all around toxicity run rampant in this frenetic mess of a multiplayer game where battles are visually chaotic, new heroes outclass every previous generation, and gameplay is unbalanced. Extremely unpleasant environment.

I can’t play that game what can I say

I am a 4 years player,and I can say this game is pretty good in general just that hackers don’t get banned,my highest rank was grandmaster 12 stars ,so I can so my rank is not low,but I have seen people on here that has 700 stars and I got them as my teammate or opponent.I know they are hacking because I did my study on this before and learned the hacks they could have,I’ll give you guys a example,one of the hack is vision hack ,they know constant where you are at on the map,you can’t hide from them,and the elsu hack for example,the shots never misses.This is really just unacceptable,and there is skin hacks as well!!!???like really?we paid for skins that are just free for hackers?that’s really unfair,me personally I have spent a few hounded dollars on this game , and I have stopped due to hackers roaming in the game,and even ads in world chat advertising for hacks…..please fix this,then I will reconsider coming back to this game,I love this game…but please make this game less hackable for other people,thank you.

After entering the game and pressing confirm, I can't seem to get into the match. Trying to automatically reconnect to the game repeatedly fails. This has happened several times, resulting in deduction of my credit score and preventing me from climbing the ranks. It's frustrating due to the poor connection quality.
