    So disappointed that NFL Gamepass is no longer available in Germany. It was a bad idea for them to sell the NFL rights to DZAN. This app is difficult to navigate, without the ability to personalize my NFL game profile. I pay for this app and there are endless commercials!! The most annoying part is that when putting the game in “full screen” mode, the game screen is so tiny! You cannot see any detail of the game. If I manually enlarge the screen, it is very pixilated.

    Never had a problem until the Ryan and tank fight 4/22/23 purchased the fight tried watching it wouldn’t let me had to pay again it was lagging not working finally was able to watch it I contacted them due to the fact that I paid TWICE for it got one refunded cool.. I cancel my subscription after the fight and keep getting charged didn’t find out until July cancelled my membership AGAIN then still charged me in September but why not august? (Getting in contact with them is a pain they have no number to easily reach) I reach out to get refund they say the other 2 times my subscription was not cancelled properly?? I don’t understand how if I did the exact same thing I did this 3rd time and it said my subscription was cancelled and I could use until next month because month was already paid for(just like the 2 other times) never got email confirmation but Its never been a problem it always cancels so I didn’t make it a big deal.

    Had to use it since game pass took a step on the wrong direction and now it’s the only option to watch GamePass. The time bar to control a game is a mess. Games are started live and there is no option to start from begging, so when you open it and start trying to move the bar is hard and you get spoiled with the score if you start the game later. Game in 40 takes ages to appear. If you pause and come back minutes later, the time bar shows where you left but the game picks up at a later stage. A total mess. Still can’t figure out why NFL did this. Hopefully this will improve, it’s the worst stream I g app I’ve ever experienced. When streaming started, the first apps were far better than what DAZN is today.

    Habe letzte Jahr (sowie die letzten Drei Jahre zuvor) abonniert und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Dieses Jahr müsste DAZN irgendwas geändert haben. Bezahlt, eingeloggt und trotzdem alles noch geschlossen. Habe mit Kundenservice gesprochen und die Person hat absolut null Ahnung was Sie machen soll. Zum Schluss (nach ca. 3 Minuten) hat Sie einfach aufgelegt. Hab dann sofort gekündigt und habe jetzt für eine Monat bezahlt obwohl ihn nichts schauen kann.

    I got a subscription on DAZN to watch the Ryan Garcia and tank davis fight I paid 85 for the paper view and 20 something dollars for the subscription and I wasn’t even able to watch the fight because it said i need to buy it but once I would press to buy it it said i purchased it already so I ended my subscription and I check my bank statements and I’ve been getting charged $21.49 from DAZN since Ii purchased the subscription back in April so I downloaded the app and I log in and I go into setting it says delete account and it tells me my subscription will be canceled I put my password in and it doesn’t let me do it

    The stupid name of the app for starters. Very inconsistent navigating the games in the app. Some games have 40 min replays, some don’t. Last week games mixed in with this weeks. Hate that they can’t (or won’t) cut out game updates for other games yet they cut out penalties so we don’t know what happened. Shouldn’t be that difficult

    This application is terrible to connect to apple play. Hard to generate conection Disconnect with for no reson Sometimes cannot do PIP Terrible. Need to cancel my DAZN NFL subscription NFL Gamepass was way better

    Watching from Jalisco Mexico, app is trash, Smart cast does not work, AirPlay will play for 2 seconds and pause for 1 minute at times more have never watched a full game on this app
