I hate this company. Predatory loans to students with trash interest rates. Don’t get a loan from them

The app was fine last month. This month it appears we are missing the Home Screen with the loan information button and the loan balance.

Any company will give you a better rate than sallie mae

Ngl, getting the app is worth it over scrambling on the website to try and find where to pay for your loans so them making it easy helps a lot.

They call everyday. We are not behind on payments. I answered once and the caller said he couldn’t tell me anything about the call or account. I’m a co-signer.

I just downloaded the app and when I go to log in it says there is a newer version and I need to update the app. I literally just downloaded the app, how is there a newer version and when I do go to the App Store, there is no newer version. I would really like to access the account before we have payments due.

The app says there is an update needed to continue managing loans but the Apple Store does not have an update available. HELP asap

I have iPhone 14, and I have had the app for awhile. This newest update has made it to where I can’t even open the app. It keeps telling me to install the new update, which I have done. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it’s still not working. Please fix this! I don’t want to be late on my loan payment because of this issue!

Terribly app and when requesting for ur own information for customer service you have to go through different departments with extended release time of what ur looking for. The app has minimal features and can’t find what ur looking for easily. With the amount of interest they r charging the learner they could do a better job in investing to make the app user friendly.
