Love the points-rewards system! You actually qualify for free items (such as free donuts, coffee) quite quickly 😌 Dunkin pls never get rid of it.

Ever since the app updated, it doesn’t load properly and is stuck on the pouring icon. :(

Dunkin is the worst app ever, in my personal experience. It's not user-friendly at all. I had it for three months, and I still can’t get the correct orders (combo) from the app. I used the Starbucks app, McDonald’s app, and Domino’s Pizza app, and they are all straightforward to use.

Being overcharged $1.00 for every item I order on the app!? Why? Bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap is $3.09 in store but when I order on the app they add an extra dollar per item . $4.09 for a tiny wrap is ridiculous!! The last 6 visits I have been overcharged. Please fix!!! If this is the new price you lost a customer!

The frozen coffee machine has a button that, when hit, will keep the machine from adding sugar to the frozen coffee. I do not see a way on the app for me to tell the barista to hit the button to avoid adding the sugar. Your frozen coffee is great, but it contains a lot of sugar. This is an important feature for those people who cannot drink sugar.

No good bonuses for the app users? Going to stop til June. Makes no sense.

Somehow accidentally placed an order but didn’t have the ability to cancel. Called the store and they told me to cancel in the app. There’s no where to cancel in the app. I click “Issue with an order” and it takes me to their website with absolutely no helpful information. No customer service at all - again it just takes you to their website. Just ridiculous.

Can you please add the Chocolate frosted without the sprinkles on the menu please.

Points and offers to hard to use. I store people are not helpful.
