I have been at Dunkin several times and no visits are recorded I have scanned the barcode

For the last two weeks or so the app has been EXTREMELY laggy in response.

Make your morning much easier… order, scan, pick up and go… no lines

The app change a couple years ago was bad, I don’t get good rewards anymore. ⭐️bucks gives me more coupons too

This app is not worth the trouble. The old app was great but this one doesn’t keep track of my visits so I’ll go 4 times a month but it says I don’t have any visits so no bonuses or accumulated points for me. It doesn’t help that the Dunkin shops are almost always out of all of the donuts by 3pm so you almost always have to use the drive through to order and then if scanning the app fails then you’ve just got a useless app

Devalued the perks, and over complicated the process to use them.
