I love that you can quickly browse privately and there is no need to switch between tabs to do so. Really amazing app. My only complaint is that sometimes you accidentally click on the middle of the browser screen as your typing and it deletes everything you had already typed.

Does exactly what you ask of it

I’m sure most of us just wished the original app had an ad blocker but this still works great. So thanks. One issue I’ve discovered was on my iPad. When you open the app with the keyboard cover connected, the search bar doesn’t work. The app seems to try and pull up the on screen keyboard while the connected keyboard closes it. Once you search something and are on a webpage the connected keyboard works fine. If this is ever fixed I’ll update to give stars. It’s the only complaint I have, as minor as it is

Hardly any of my web use needs to be immortalized by browsing history or lingering tabs. If I'm doing a quick lookup of where capybaras can be found, should that be in a tab cluttering my browser that I can forget to close? Nah, Firefox Focus is perfect for that. Quick searches to satisfy curiosity, checking whether trash pickup is delayed by weather, really anything that doesn't require an account and even things that require an account I don't want to keep logged in. I use it, I get what I need, I discard it, and Firefox Focus is ready for the next thing.

I guess it’s OK. I’ve just can’t switch from one window to another like I’m used to. I don’t like the limitation of just having 1 window browser open.

I don't know what you do with my data, but FireFox makes me feel more comfortable than other websites. Love the ad blocking features.
