I have the iPad App which has all the features I need for marking up construction documents like clouds, call outs with arrows, This app doesnt seem to have all of those. it is a shame. I hope the app gets these features soon. It would be 5 stars. Baby steps...

A reasonable price and excellent ability to create, change, and organize PDF documents. I love PDF Expert. Much better user experience than others.

Good program but it requires a subscription to use "pro" features. When you purchase a tool, you should own that tool. If the manufacturer comes out with a new version, or a better version, then you can buy it if you want it. Needing to buy a subscription just to use the tool's functionality, and having the tool itself nag you if you don't buy a subscription, is simply extortion and holds my productivity hostage for ongoing subscription fees. Readdle, sadly, writes excellent software, but after ten or so years using virtually ever app they have, their relentless, greedy, exploitative push for subscription fees is driving me away as a customer.

You will be very happy with this app!! It does everything its higher-priced competitor does at a fraction of the cost! Measurement tools were just added this week - they keep sending me new versions with expanded capabilities, for an app that I bought 4 years ago. Very easy to use, and very capable! An update a few months ago broke navigating in the outline sidebar. It's frustrating that they're focused on adding more and more esoteric features rather than basic functionality they broke in earlier updates. Response to developer: I did contact support about the bug and they essentially said they'd get to it when they get to it. It's been months.

A bit kludgy. Signatures sometimes are invisible on the recipient's computer. Images that are on the pdf or imported, once set on the page are not scalable, rotateable, skew correctable, resolution modifiable, or editable in any way. This is something I miss severely about PDF Pen before they became an Enterprise level app with big fees and other problems.

The software crashes every time I use it on my MacBook Pro

I use this PDF app almost exclusively. It really is a vital part of my work flow. After the update to 3.10 I noticed that the Enhance Scan toolbar doesn't stay open after save and close winodw. In my case I'm using this to remove distortion from scanned music. So I might have a full 30 parts that I need to remove the distortion on, but there's no "batch process" function. The apps tool bar menu used to stay open after closing a window or file, but now it doesn't so I have to add quite a few clicks to process all the files I have open. Please, a "batch" function would be great!

Lacks a simple form filling process

I have loved and relied on this app for over 3 years now. I use it on both my ipad and mac. Measurement coming to Mac is a blessing. Thank you!!!!!!!!!
