Minn Kota i-Pilot Link

After the last update my phone will show a Bluetooth connection to the motor but the app doesn’t recognize a connection.

Connected my motor to my phone via bluetooth. Shows connected but none of the buttons work. Disconnected, reconnected and same thing.

It paired but then all I could do was “forget this device”.

For the Ulterra owners, this app is useless because there it doesn’t have a “deploy/stow” button. A back-up to the remote would be nice.

You have an app - great. Why not allow the app to pull over a MIRROR VIEW of my Solix screen that is fixed on a 24’ boats center console. Humminbird has great features but you miss such a simple capability.

Love this app works awesome. I wish developers would add a deploy and stow mode for ulterra.

This app is useless considering all the things the iPilot Link is supposed to do. It doesn’t integrate with the FishSmart App. It won’t let you create iTracks or perform any of the ‘real’ functions of the gigantic iPilot Link remote. If you have Bluetooth connected between your phone and the trolling motor, your phone will no longer function as a phone. You can make and answer phone calls but you won’t be able to hear each other. I’ve tried suggesting Siri voice control functions and other enhancements but my emails to MinnKota have been ignored. A “thanks for your input” might have been nice but... During the hours I spend on hold with their support people (who are all very nice), I listening to the pre-recorded marketing schpiel telling us how awesome their products are. People who own and use the already know their software offerings are buggy and/or useless.

This would be a great app if you could Deploy and Stow with it.

Hello developers, why bother making a crap app. If you are going to do something, do it right. This app needs to made for an Apple Watch that has deploy and stow. Also the anchor lock needs to be able to have a “fix beacon” option for wade fishing. It stays anchored 100, from your “beacon or watch position” this way you don’t have to walk half a mile back to the boat and a “go to” function so you can drive it to your location and pick you up. If you can’t deploy and stow using this app, why bother creating it, we can’t use it!
