A native app, not a wrapped web page. Your meetings and recordings load into real Mac
views you can search, sort and act on, with keyboard shortcuts and a menu-bar countdown to
your next meeting.

• Copy Zoom's own invitation text in one click
• Join with a click — this opens the Zoom app you already have installed
• A menu-bar countdown when your next meeting is close


RECORDINGS
• Browse every cloud recording, with search, filters and sorting
• Play a recording in the app, or download it
• Downloads keep going if you quit and come back — a 2 GB recording doesn't restart
• Download a whole recording or just its transcript
• Delete with an undo, because deletes go to Zoom's trash rather than vanishing


WHERE YOUR STORAGE GOES
• What's using your recording storage, broken down by video, audio and transcript
• Your largest and oldest recordings
• What's worth clearing: older than 90 days AND large, so you're not shown a list of
small files nobody minds keeping


WHO CAN REACH YOUR RECORDINGS
• Find recordings that anyone with the link can watch
• Spot the ones with no passcode, or that viewers can download outright
• Every finding says exactly what's wrong, so you know what to change


SUMMARIES, PRIVATELY BY DEFAULT
• If your Zoom account already wrote an AI Companion summary, that's what you see —
nothing leaves your Mac
• Otherwise, summarize on-device on a supported Mac — still nothing leaves your Mac
• Pull out action items and decisions, or ask a question about a meeting
• Read the full transcript with speakers and timestamps


NOTES THAT STAY YOURS
• Meeting notes stored on this Mac, never uploaded
• Optional clipboard history that skips anything your password manager marks private


VIRTUAL BACKGROUNDS
• See, add, and remove the backgrounds on your Zoom account
• The ten-file limit is shown up front, not discovered when an upload fails


BUILT FOR A MAC
• Sandboxed, with no more access than it needs
• Sign-in happens in your browser — the app never sees your Zoom password
• Sign-in details are kept in the macOS Keychain
• Dark mode, six accent colours, customisable keyboard shortcuts

WHAT THIS APP DOESN'T DO
• It doesn't join or host meetings itself — it hands them to the Zoom app
• It isn't an admin tool. It only ever sees your own account
• Cloud recording requires a paid Zoom plan. On a free plan, the recordings list is empty, because Zoom has nothing to show
