Hello On the iPhone 14 Pro Max, the request to access the local network is not displayed and therefore cannot be connected to it Please fix it

I have messages in this app when I open it..it says (failed) and takes me back to previous screen.. pleas fix it

Goes back to main menu when I try to reach my sms folder and says"fail"

I’m having hard time connecting with my mifi because after I install the app it only requests notification access but not local network, I couldn’t find the local network option in the settings. Please fix this issue. App is not usable.
