Three day ago I fully paid for the upgrade version of this product, I went through the process and paid the upgrade for $9.99 but to my surprise I am unable to download the app. Any clue either to download the upgrade or total refund into my apple account. Danny I am convinced that this product must be taken down from Apple Store because it is gradually becoming a rip off product. Who is listening or who will initiate action. 16th February 2023.

I can’t download the audio version

It has been great for me since I started using the app. I thank God for what He can do through His children.

I bought this App from apple store for $499 and I’m having this problem on the audio, can’t play any time I tried to play keep telling me that 3 percent downloading since yesterday what is this please the person who is in charge of this should fix it for me or refund my money back thank you.
