    This app seems awesome! Minimalist and to the point. I really would love to use it but it is not possible to use Kg instead of lb. While putting the Kg values instead of lbs seems an option then the rounding is at 5lbs as opposed to the 2.5Kg. Another nice feature could be to allow to change the second cardio (e.g. pull up on first day, leg rise on second day and so on)

    Out of the all the 5/3/1 apps available, this is by far the most simple. To the developer: it would be great if there were a section for notes so we could keep track of accessory exercises. Other than that it is a great app.

    I’ve been using the app for a short time but noticed right off that I would like to have a automatic progression for each cycle that I don’t have to enter manually. I also think it would be a jiffy to add a timer clock between sets. Just my two cents.

    I love this app and the way it takes the thinking out of the program. I walk into the gym, load the app, and do my workout. No ads, no extra bs, just a good workout template. If I wrote an app I’d write it exactly like this.

    I love it! Could we just make two small changes? Add barbell row as a fifth exercise and set the BBB lifts to 60% instead of 50%? That’s all lol please thank you!!!! Love the app. On C3.W2!

    This app is great for a beginner to the 5-3-1 workout plan.Just click on the exercise you want to perform in that certain cycle and lift, pretty straight forward.There are no ads popping up during the workout, it gives you an assistance workout plan with BBB(boring but big)and it has warm up sets.I do have a few suggestions to make it a great app and hopefully in the near future that would include updates such as: 1-a timer countdown for rest between reps. 2-a plate calculator to eliminate guessing weights to put on the barbell. 3-some kind of calendar log to see progress from the starting point to present. I do understand it’s a 4-week cycle but showing some gains is nice for the user.

    Works great! Thanks for a tried and true simple app. I like the updates you are planning for the future and think they will add a lot. It would be nice if there was a warm up for the cardio exercises too.

    What happens at the end of 4 weeks when you reset? Does it automatically increase your weight? Or do you have to manually re Enter your weights and start again? The whole benefit of doing this on an app is for the app to do all the math!
