  • Doesn’t work with iPhone

    By Spencer Funkhouser
When I first got the app, I was pairing a fossil smart watch with my iPhone and it worked pretty well for a couple of months. Then it started disconnecting and it became a cumbersome task to reconnect. Now it won’t connect at all. I’ve tried updating my phone, updating the app, deleting and reinstalling, etc. it simply doesn’t work anymore.
  • Horrible

Tengo un Michael Kors Grayson. Con la app podía visualizar las fotos de mi página de Facebook e Instagram en el reloj, pero de repente decidieron quitar esa opción… se volvió un reloj más del montón
  • Someone needs to create an Apple iPhone compatible app because this DOESN’T WORK

    By ItsAmbers
I have the Louis Vuitton Tambour and literally can only use it as a watch with a digital face. Wear OS will not connect to my watch. It did once, about 2 or 3 years ago. But never since; and believe me, I am very tech saavy and if I can’t do it, no “normal” smart person can do it. Tons of factory resets (oh what fun!), re-starting and waiting….. waiting…. This App WEAR OS simply is not Apple compatible, period. Someone at Google needs to hear this. Apple can work together with Google, but not if you think absolute train wrecks like this will suffice. This has taken so much of my time and the watch is over $3,000. Do NOT get a non-apple watch if you have an iPhone (unless you want it strictly for looks and it will do nothing but tell the time). Shoulda bought a Swatch.

This app is absolute garbage. The developers need to be fined and put in jail for creating such a terrible app. No support at all. They Don’t even bother updating this mess. What a joke!
  • Does not find the pixel watch 2

This app is not able to find Pixel watch 3 on iPhone pro max 15
  • Not recommended

There are NEVER any new watch faces added. Nothing for holidays. No new designs. I’m definitely going to get another type of watch just because I’m tired of the options here. Nothing new. Strongly do not recommend
  • Doesn’t work

No matter what I do.. it’s always disconnecting. Now tried to reset everything and now it won’t even recognize the watch so disappointed.

I have a Fossil Q Explorist HR Gen 4 Smartwatch & was unable to pair it with my iPhone 12 Pro Max for TWO years, so it sat in a drawer. I upgraded my phone to a 15 Pro Max & decided why not try to pair it just for fun. I had to do a factory reset on my watch but it is now paired with my new phone! It was a little glitchy last night while my watch did multiple updates to get caught up, but this morning it’s working like a dream. I have read on multiple forums that the main issue has to be a glitch with the 12 Pro Max, that’s the phone with the most complaints about not pairing with Wear OS watches. AND, you can NOT close the Wear OS app or it will disconnect your watch, it MUST continue to run in the background of your iPhone. But for those that have a watch & got a new phone, factory reset your watch, it should hopefully pair with your new phone!
  • Google when are you gonna step up?

This is a terrible performance for an app that is competing with apple you basically aren’t even trying to give any effort to even make the app even remotely functional, the app tries to connect and you end up having to reboot the watch and app just to get it to sync (that doesn’t work often) no wonder people are switching to apple you don’t give a crap about your customer base so the customers turn their back on you.

Dog water of an app. I actually laugh at it.
