The whole thing doesn't work! It just gets stuck on the load page and goes no where! Waste of money! There really should be a way to get a refund!

It plays the sound but no video! Maybe they will update and fix later but it does not work now!

I gave this a try because i liked the fact that it looked real as opposed to those cheesy 3D renderings of fireplaces, but the looping is awful. Its not like every few minutes, its literally a loop of a few seconds of audio AND video... It may be workable if you have the audio on low and have some nice music playing over it so that the looping becomes unnoticable... And also not stare at it because the visual loops like crazy too... But.... Thats pretty bad. You can get better stuff just by using youtube.

Tells me to select a fireplace then once it load it gives me an error !!!!!!! I would love my money back
