  • Can't "Sign in with Apple" anymore

On my Mac, I can no longer sign in with Apple, meaning I can't log into Fantastical even though it detects that I do have a Sign In With Apple Fantastical account.

Can't imagine life without Fantastical! If you're looking for a robust, intuitive calendar app that can help streamline your scheduling and boost your productivity, I highly recommend Fantastical. It's more than just a calendar—it's a comprehensive planning tool that keeps up with your busy life. The reminders and to-do list functionalities sync across all my devices, ensuring I never miss a beat. The customizable widgets are fantastic for quick glances throughout the day, and the ability to look at complex calendar views like split day, week, and month alongside a to-do list makes planning multi-faceted days much easier. I've found Fantastical to be an indispensable tool in my productivity arsenal.

I downloaded it, and when I try logging in, it's stuck loading. Unusable. What a shame.

I've tried all the other Calendars. Fantastical will need all your needs and more. Also, most flexible and easiest to setup. You won't regret using this software. Templates and ability to share your agenda thru Openings take it to the next level.
  • Horrible App

I purchased this for my new MacBook Pro and I've spent hours trying to get it activated with no success. It claims to send an activation email link to click but nothing ever arrives. Nothing but a spinning icon. Restart the program and the same thing happens. What a waste of time and money.
  • Buggy

I needed a replacement Calendar app because the native app is terrible. I purchased Fantastical and it works well most of the time. I did experience frequent bugs, constant permission notifications, the calendar defaulting to days weeks in advance, all of which required a ton of troubleshooting and investigation. The support team was very nice but I just don't have the time to debug paid apps. I think that's something the devs should own.
  • Features I PAID FOR removed for subscription teir

When they first released this app years ago, it was awesome. So functional and powerful. However over the last few years they have introduced the "Flexbit premium" subscription to access more advanced features. I'm not interested in paying $50 a year for a GD calendar app! But whatever, no big deal, the app I bought has all of the features I need. Over the past year they have slowly been removing paid features and placing them in the "flexbit premium" teir. Really shady! But, ok, I can live without an extended weather forecast, or joining zoom meetings from the event directly. Well today they finally pushed me over the limit. One of the best features of Fantastical is that, when you put in a location, it automatically fills it in for you and you click on the location and it's populated with the full address. Today I went to put in a haircut I have scheduled and BOOM "autofilling the location is a premium feature." Pushed me over the line! So needlessly greedy and foolish. Never buying anything from this developer ever again. Beware of this scam!

Just started using Fantastical premium and I must say, this is a robust yet intuitive calendar app. The integrations of iCal, Google cal, and Apple reminders is pretty amazing. My only issue is I am unable e to find a widget on my iphone. The Macbook version has plenty of apps for me to choose from but I was looking forward to having the Fantastical widget for ios.
