Why are we having problems converting to word again?

When it works as expected, it’s great. But sometimes it makes gross mistakes, especially when taking pictures of framed art. Also, it’s very annoying to keep asking for more pictures to be allow it to see.

Great app, but constantly has errors uploading to OneDrive. I often have to delete the app and reinstall it to fix the error.

Until a month or so ago, the app worked well. I used it to scan documents that I then exported to OneNote. And then the previously seamless integration between Lens and OneNote ended. First, the transition was hampered by the constant need to log in to OneNote though I hadn’t logged out. After a few weeks of that, I found that I could capture documents with Lens, but I couldn’t transfer them to OneNote. I received a 40001 error. When I spoke to Microsoft, they basically said, “Oh, well.” Their advice: Look out for an update. Maybe it’ll be fixed. Don’t waste your time on this broken product.
  • Where’s the dark mode icon support?

If Word, PowerPoint, and the other apps with a similar logo can have dark mode icons, this should be able to as well.
  • Simply the best app on iOS

Install now. Use every time for any kind of text pictures. Microsoft has built the best app in the App Store. I’m looking at you Apple notes. Disappointed face!
