I downloaded this app because charleys taxi dropped us off at aloha tower but the app won’t let you book a ride from aloha tower back to the hotel so what’s the point? There’s a taxi stand at the hotel but not at aloha tower so your stranded thanks for nothing!

Charley’s is a local Honolulu institution with great service. They have ramped up their game with this app which is easy use. Better yet you can book flat rate trips to airport and other places at a low fare, which is great when traffic is bad — meaning always. And there’s no surge pricing. Glad I got it.

My aunts first experience using this company. The driver didn’t know how to get to the location! My elder aunt had to direct him! She was almost late for her appointment!

Don't bothering to download the app, you'll be so disappointed in their service that you delete it almost immediately.

App is very buggy, not even beta quality. Let's you register then makes you keep putting in email and password every time you open the app. It keeps saying wrong password even after resetting. DO NOT USE PURE GARBAGE!
