    Dont let me log in again with my provider. It was working perfectly fine for months, now just its just NOT WORKING. And my provider send me to HBO and they send me to my provider. WHAT A JOKEEEEE

    Really disappointed with this streaming app. Couldn’t make it through a show with out the audio cutting out. Finally gave up. HBO max won’t take responsibility for there lack of knowledge on streaming. Never have had issues with Amazon Prime or Netflix. Just saying

    If you download content to watch offline, unfortunately hbo max is not the app for you. Downloads are unbearably slow (No, it’s not a connection issue. Every other streaming app I use is lightning fast.) If you’re lucky enough to get a title to download completely, I hope you enjoy watching it over and over since the hbo servers can’t seem to recognize when you delete a title. You will not be able to download any more content unless you contact hbo’s extremely ineffective customer service to delete titles for you and ‘reset’ your account. You’ll just get the ‘download limit reached’ error every time regardless of whether you have one title downloaded or thirty titles. Their solution is to delete and reinstall every single time you want to download something. It’s really quite pathetic. Again, the content is fantastic. The app is probably the worst one out there and customer service is a complete joke.

    Agree with all the negative comments below. Great content catalogue, but it’s a major project (if not downright impossible) to access this content via the app. Disappointing that a large company like Warner can’t get it’s act together in a technical sense. If this continues, I’ll regretfully have to cancel my subscription….

    Have not been able to access the app on my iPhone, it’s forever stuck on the TV Provider sign in, and I’ve tried every “solution”, but no fix.

    If I could rate this at negative 5 million I would your app is the biggest disappointment in life maybe y’all should get new jobs since you clearly can’t make this app work for us iPad users
  • Can’t control playback speed

    Can’t control playback speed or us Picture in Picture like YouTube or other apps. I feel ripped off. I could have streamed these online for free with Picture in Picture to watch while I’m in other apps on my phone or could control the playback speed to slow down or speed up the movie. I cant even listen to the movie in the background with my phone screen locked like I could with YouTube premium. I’m really disappointed I just spent 14.99 to continue watching game of thrones which I was streaming online for free and with more watching features. I’m 90 percent sure I will not be renewing my membership.

  • Update gone wrong

    New update logged me out and will not let me login with my email and password. It keeps asking me for a cable sign in which I don’t have anymore. I bought the app online through hbo myself since canceling cable. Gahhhh so buggy!
