How does no one fix this thing? Can’t log on either by code or Facebook. Several people say this for months now.

Didn’t get too far, the app has a create your account feature that needs to be complete before using. The confirmation text code I received didn’t work for each for the initial and two re-tries.

I’ve never once made a review so this just shows how willing I am to go the extra mile just to comment on how bad this app is. The log in/sign up system is so broken. It keeps sending/resending me a verification code that DOES not work at all once you put the code in. How hard is it to fix bugs like these? Seriously. The drivers that come in are shady too and demand a tip every single time.

We aren't from Canada so we have a tough time calling cabs. Had to book a cab twice, never showed. Ended up needing to flag one down instead. App said "no pickup" and the driver never tried to call us to confirm location. Horrendous app. 0/10

Booked in advance. Cab never showed. The app froze and just said retrieving configuration.

So far it only shows a popup saying "retrieving configuration" 👎
