The charts section of this app needs to be more specific. It does not provide enough explanation on the sleep factors. It should show the dates and the factors that cause the effects, as well as what those effects are.

I don’t see how to delete lines anymore and it’s not recording the way it used to.

The app flashes “no one is logged in to iCloud” or something to that effect. I thought perhaps it was because they were pushing recorder “Prime” & tried that, to no avail, my purchase wouldn’t transfer. So this is now a broken product for this system & still on the App Store. Very disappointing.

Also I have a question. On the chart when I’m listening to recordings. It shows orange lines, which indicate snoring. But it’s not recorded. Just shows it on the chart. What’s the point in putting it on the chart if I can’t listen to it. Half the time the snoring isn’t correctly detected.

I purchased the stop snoring function of the app. I sleep with my Apple watch. When I start the app on my watch and snore, everything works fine. I get the sound and the vibration on the watch, and the sound on my iPhone as well. But if I don't move my hand the watch screen sleeps (After about 10 seconds). Once this happens, the watch app stops functioning. How do I fix this?

In the instructions it mentions if you have an idea or problem, don’t hesitate to send feedback. I tried to more than once via the app and it didn’t work. Then I went to the website and my feedback was not submitted. Disappointing since I did pay for the app. Other than not wanting to get better and improve the app is pretty cool. I had no complaints at first, and I’ve been using it for a few months. But recently, it’s just started recording HOURS of straight silent audio. It’s supposed to only save the parts with sound, but it’s been saving one giant 8 hour clip of nothing for the past couple weeks. At this rate, I will give 2 stars until this has stopped.
