    If I could rate this lower then a 1 I would, constant crashes, constant tech issues. Always trying to find a connection on my 5g network. Really need to put in effort to fix these issues

    Definitely avoid this “communication” app. It is down almost as much as it works. Customer support? Yeah right, it doesn’t exist. It takes days to get a response and then weeks or even months to get a resolution. You’re better off with carrier pigeons.
  • Too many steps to find your schedule

    My supervisor posted the group schedule last week. I wanted to look at it to verify my time, it disappeared. I had to dig around the app for at least 30 minutes to find it. My individual schedule for the previous week is still up, but not the one for the current week. Thankfully, I am one of those people who check days in advance AND verify in plenty of time because I could have gotten my schedule confused.

    Crew is basic and works okay. Lots of bugs however. Several times I’ve had to have tech support do a software reset because the schedule doesn’t update properly. Sometimes people in our company see different schedules. We only use crew because it’s half the cost of hot schedules. Guess you get what you pay for.

  • Don’t waste your money

    I have had the crew app for awhile now and have actually really loved it. I had purchased the pro version once I was unable to add more people to the group but canceled once I didn’t need to add anyone else. Recently, I needed to add some new hires and it told me I had to upgrade to crew pro. I went ahead and did that and was only able to add one person and then it started telling me I had to upgrade, even though I already had and the money was definitely taken from my account. I requested a refund and explained the situation and was able to get my money back. A month later, I needed to add some more people so, even though I was hesitant, I went ahead and upgraded again. I was able to add either 3 or 4 people but then it stopped. It started saying I had to upgrade again even though I already had. At this point I’m extremely frustrated, so I decided to contact crew support. The only response I have received from them is asking what the name of the organization is. That’s it. No help with as to why I’m not able to use the benefits I paid $29.99 for. I’m sorry, but with the way things cost today, I am not very happy about spending that much money for an app that isn’t letting me use it the way I’m supposed to be able to when I could’ve put that money towards something else. That could’ve paid for my gas to get to and from work for almost a week. I tried requesting another refund and explained the situation but was denied a refund. I have reached out to support again and nothing. No one to even say they will look into it or anything. I feel like my money was stolen from me and I want it back.

  • Sending photos is very unreliable for a paid app

    For some reason, sending photos and video just automatically gets deleted sometimes when you try to send them to a group it’s crazy unreliable for a paid app. Everything else is OK from a chat functionality do love having standard groups? Don’t get too much value out of the other tools. Hopefully that will continue to build.
