When I downloaded it asked me to enter a passcode. I didn’t have one, now I’m locked out. Chat doesn’t work. Who can help?

Really an asset to support long distance clients that can not distinguish between a network port and USB port. Saves time and frustration on both ends.

Spent 10 minutes on the phone with the tech, ending up after downloading the app he had me fixed in 1 minute. Great way of doing business.

App consumed a lot battery on my iPhone 6. Annotations worked ok but didn't really stay in the marked location as advertised. They easily move to another location and could cause a user to select the wrong button, etc.

Does not seem to work for iPhone 6 plus
