Next to impossible to unsubscribe

Spent a half hour in an online chat trying to cancel the subscription. I signed up and created my account on the official MSG+ website and paid with Apple Pay. Because I paid with Apple Pay they are telling me I have to cancel through the subscriptions under my user account on my iPhone. The customer service guy said there was nothing he could do we went back and forth for 1/2 an hour like this until finally he said oh wait I’m checking into something. I waited another 10 minutes and finally he said he was handing the situation off to someone else and I should get an email with an update. Totally fed up it is still not resolved!

The app stutters every 2 second when casting.

Glitches, sign-in issues and confusion, also doesn’t accept my TV provider login no matter how many times I try.
The video jitters horribly when pairs with chromecast

It’s every game and it’s the only app that does this. Casting to chromecast Youtube tv fine, hulu live fine, disney+ fine, espn+ fine. Msg, horrible jumps, jitters and skips that never improve.
Paid subscription is meaningless

App constantly buffers, if it loads at all. More than10$ a month for buggy, blurry feeds (I’m on google fiber)

Worst app in the App Store. Can’t watch a game what’s the point. I hoped after the update things would maybe work but I was wrong!!!

Die hard rags fan. App worked pretty well during regular season but so far both playoff games it’s nonstop spotty/glitchy audio/visual. It’s like Sam and Joe are speaking into a fan that’s chopping half of every word out. Horrible. Paid $300 for this and have to watch the ESPN feed because watching this app is like listening to a constantly skipping record

The app makes it extremely difficult to switch devices to actually use the ONLY 2 ALLOWED concurrent streams. So if two people in the same house are watching, and one of them changes locations mid game it takes 15 minutes+ for the app to reset and allow a new stream to start. I wish there was rewind available as well to go back to watch a play. If only this app could go to YouTube TV school for good streaming experience, especially the narrow scope of what it provides for such a high price tag. Not to mention that not even all the games are available in every location if too many are going on at one time. How are blackouts still a thing with this price for subscription!!!
